One of my hobbies is riding bike. I sometimes go out to ride bike.
There are many benefits for riding bike. First riding is healthy. It can enhance your legs and burn you fat. Second, you can see scenery during riding bike. If you ride along river, scenery will be amazing. Third, it's very stress-relieving. When riding bike, you can throw your stress from tiresome routine.
If you want to escape from your wearisome routine or if you want to exercise, how about going out to ride bike! You will certainly throw out your stress!

답글삭제I think best place to ride bike is Han river. How about going to Paldang dam along Han river. There is famous noodle restaurant whose name is Chogye guksu near it. It will be fantastic experience.
삭제I am absolutely agree with you. What is the best thing for relieving stress? Of course it is sport. I like to ride a bike along the river, in forests and parks. You are lucky that you live in such a beautiful city with a huge lenght of bike lanes.
